angry white woman – take 3 “about last night…”

Posted on June 4th, 2008 in Closeted by hireheels

Wow. Just… Wow!

The media and the Democratic cartel bosses tried to end this race yesterday before all of the votes were cast. Once again, like a lover trying to finish the job quickly so that he can go play poker with the guys, their climax was premature and left us unimpressed and unsatisfied. No amount of false AP reporting could supress the vote. No number of superdelegates dragging Oblahma’s sorry, battered ass across the finish line could seal the deal. They tried to take Hillary’s day away from her, and she took it right back: "You know, I understand that a lot of people are asking, what does Hillary want? What does she want? piper_in_pucci_byline
Well, I want what I have always fought for in this whole campaign. I want to end the war in Iraq. I want to turn this economy around. I want health care for every American. I want every child to live up to his or her God-given potential, and I want the nearly 18 million Americans who voted for me to be respected, to be heard and no longer to be invisible."

Got that, Tweety?

On a day in which many tears were shed, a radiant, energized Hillary Clinton gave a thrilling speech that both pumped up her supporters and p’nked the MSM. In an instant, my emotions went from sorrow to elation. I know that O is supposed to be the great orator, but empty promises of ‘hope’ and ‘change’ could never move me the way that Hillary’s words did last night. Pay attention:  This is leadership… "Now the question is, where do we go from here, and given how far we’ve come and where we need to go as a party, it’s a question I don’t take lightly. This has been a long campaign, and I will be making no decisions tonight…

We don’t want you to.

HireHeels says: Do not concede, sit back and get yourself a nice spa pedicure, read a good book (or trashy mag) and wait…wait for your opponent to implode while you’re sippin’ your mojito on the Vineyard…and wait for that 3AM call…. the one from the mob bosses sweet-talkin’ you back to save their asses.

Hillary, you can do whatever you want. And when you decide, do it on your terms because, girlfriend, there’s a cool 18 million who’ve got her back.

See you in Denver!

When are the mob bosses going to learn that no one pushes Hillary around? And when is this tape of MO going to surface? I thought Hannity was going to release it today.

Every time they pull something on her she sails out and looks like a calm, collected winner. She was beaming last night and once again she was brilliant. I wrote to her today and told her to take this to Denver.

I got up today and looked in my closet. I gained a pound or two in D.C. eating around the Adams Morgan neighborhood. I think I’ll take all those clothes that don’t fit to the consignment store and give the proceeds to Hillary.

Onward to Denver! Hell, maybe I’ll just sell all my clothes and go naked but, make no mistake I think she’s going all the way!

I’m just a “typical” white woman, who was called “sweetie” before Barrack was born, and grateingly endured that kind of dismissive attitude for many years of my life. But our fight for ERA in the ’70′s, in spite of the fact that we were not able to get it ratified, enabled us, we thought we would by now have had a Woman leader.

I’m also a Florida voter. Thanks for all you have done for those of us who can do so little. My heart breaks for the way the media has dismissed Sen Clinton; if she, with her long history and unique experience is denied the nomination, and had votes stolen by the Democratic Party, how many decades before any other woman will be deemed “qualified”?

I guess that can be answered with history: How many decades did the black man have the right to vote before it was given to women? This must be the way Susan Anthony felt.

I so hope Senator Clinton will not give up; will take it to the convention, or start a woman’s party. There are millions of women in both the Democratic and Republican party who WILL vote for her in November, no matter what party she is in. But legions of those women will vote John McCain before they do Barrack. Not because he is black, but because he simply is not qualified, and his baggage is too glaring.

Its too much like losing the promotions we were qualified for, to that new young man that we had to train and make coffee for. Maybe if we had ever been able to get the ERA ratified……….it wasn’t from lack of trying.

If you have any input to Hillary, please urge her not to work for Barrack; have Bill feign illness and go on a long vacation! As much as we respect her, we will NOT vote for Barrack.

Thanks again for all you have done.

My most recent letter to superdelegates:

I urge you to end your Uncommitted stance, and make a public pledge to vote for Clinton at the Democratic National Convention. In spite of last nights declaration that Obama has won the nomination, we the people know better. Two things must happen; 1. Secures 2210 votes in Denver , 2. Clinton leaves and quits the race. “Any unpledged delegate endorsement of Obama at this point, cannot be considered equivalent to a nomination.” Obama has failed to secure the PLEDGED delegate total and has failed to win the popular vote. “The announcement of unpledged, let alone un-named superdelegates has no LEGAL VALUE.

According to my research, the headlines in the media are outright lies and present a propaganda campaign which is vicious and irresponsible. It’s objective is clear, to beat Clinton into submission and out of the race.

Everyone: get on hillaryclinton.com. There is an e-mail set up for us to send. Let her know we are behind her going to the convention, and if it were me, I would challenge that Rules Committee. In any event, thanks to whoever posted the stop obama website. I quoted as much in my letter to the superdelegates. In her speech last night, she was asking us to e-mail her. She needs to know we are behind her 100%. Obama has to WIN/EARN the nomination. Who does he think he is. We are not going to give it to him. To Denver in November!!!

And another thing…..Obama lost SD by 10 and won MT by 14 was it???? And this is our nominee? What a joke. As that article pointed out, he is claiming he is the nominee, not even the presumed nominee???

I love this site and appreciate your serious commitment to
standing up for democratic principles and refusing to allow this corrupt behavior by the DNC and media rob us of the
best candidate out there……the one who speaks for each of us ……. Senator Hillary Clinton.
    See you in Denver

I have been appalled at how the DNC disenfranchised voters in Florida and Michigan to help push Barack Obama over the finish line. Hillary Clinton is by far the strongest Democratic candidate to face John McCain in the general election. If Hillary Clinton does not continue her run at the presidency, I will support John McCain. And, a “Million Woman March” sounds good. As a man who is disappointed in the Democratic Party, I will join the march and protest. Do you think Denver can handle it?

Just got off the phone with Puma Princess – they’re about to create a website to harness the energy behind P U M A “party unity my ass” —– which, believe it or not, was conceived only a few days ago – gotta love the power of the blogosphere – she’s already been interviewed by the DC media…..

we discussed threading together the various factions – including those determined to stop Obama, write in Hillary, support McCain or Push for women’s rights…..essentially forming a coalition – we’ll all maintain our separate identities, but for marketing & pr purposes – attempt to “umbrella” everyone to drive up our numbers……

MORE TO COME – stay tuned!!

An umbrella oranization would be great. I have been on a mission to join every organization whose goal is to support Hillary Clinton and show a collective displeasure at the actions of the Democratc Party in disenfranchising rank-and-file Democrats and pushing Hillary Clinton out of the race. Below are my findings, so far. Democratic Party is not taking the “rift” seriously, and that’s why I’m appalled!

    YES!

I am SO happy that I found this site, and all that PUMA leads to…Finally, I am smiling again – I do indeed have hope. Let’s take it back, stick it to Obama, and show Hillary how her courage, strength, and intelligence has inspired ours to find a way to NObama. Even better would be to be able to bring Hillary back! WOMANPOWER!

Keep getting the word out, and
    Let’s TAKE the election BACK!

    First of all,

Hillary is asking for your support for Obama to uphold the democratic party. She asks for your support to keep our country for the people and to turn the power from the republicans to the people.
Secondly, Obama and Hillary want the same thing for our country and if you do not vote…or vote for McCain you will help fulfill what our country does not need! We need a clean environment, economy, better education, to STOP the damm WAR!! We need someone who cares for us. OBAMA has good judgment ladies and if you are going to show your ignorance and ridiculous stubborn foolishness, it brings shame to us women who believe in unity. Listen to Hillary and show how educated you are in backing her. This site only shows how foolish, ignorant you are without doing your research on exactly what a democrat is and what exactly Hillary and Obama stood for and still stand for. The only difference is… he is a man.. a black man.. and she is a woman.!!! What if she was a black woman… would she win? She might have the African Americans votes and the womens votes right? Come on ladies, grow up…. stop being so controlling and selfish and let her run in the next election. I am a white woman for OBAMA now and proud to vote for him to be our leader. Give the man your vote and stand by Hillary.
